ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Yash, and since July 23', I've been with Caterpillar Inc., working as an engineer in the L5 controls simulation and driveline analysis team. Alongside this, I'm also a data scientist at an early-stage A.I. stealth startup.
In my spare time, I read - mostly science fiction. I hang out with my friends, parents, and my cat, and go to the gym. My hobbies include skiing, rock climbing, and learning to play the piano. I'm also a certified PADI open-water diver and am preparing to earn my private pilot license.

Dividend growth stocks like the ones in the watchlist (left) have better growth than the broader S&P index but lower annual dividend with respect to their sectors.
With these stocks in my portfolio I made gains of +47% compared to S&P500 which was +27% and Nasdaq, which grew by +21% in 2021.
If you look closely, I diversified with stocks in healthcare (UNH), home improvement (LOW), chips (ASML), food (DPZ), retail (COST), defense (LMT), waste management (RSG), industrials & agriculture (DE), and energy (NEE) sectors. I am yet to find a good financial stock (maybe GS?).
Why Visa (V), Mastercard (MA), American Express (AXP), and Discover Financial Services (DFS) will fail global dominance long-term.
Why Chip Manufacturing Equipment Stocks like LRCX, KLAC, AMAT, and ASML can be safe long-term investments.
